Stowe Story Labs Remote Writers' Retreat Veterans Fellowship Supported by USVAA Application

We are pleased to offer a new fellowship specifically geared toward US veterans or active duty members of the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard. The fellowship will cover the fee to attend Stowe's Remote Writers' Retreat running June 27 - July 1, 2025 followed by an additional script note session after the conclusion of the retreat. This fellowship is generously supported by United States Veterans' Artists Alliance. This application is to apply for the new fellowship.
Background About Stowe Story Labs
Stowe Story Labs is a Vermont-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping emerging and established screenwriters, filmmakers, and creative producers develop skills and projects. Our goal is to help advance our community members' work and through that to bend the world a bit through story.
We look for people demonstrating talent, a collaborative nature, a good story worth developing, and the ability to develop the project presented, whether or not they have experience in film or television.
This application is for consideration for a fellowship to attend Stowe's 2025 Remote Writers' Retreat running June 27 - July 1 and then participate in a single script note session after the conclusion of the Retreat.

Application Process
The questions on the application ask about you, the project you are submitting, and your intent in making the film or show. Please answer questions as fully as possible. Be sure to submit a solid first draft of your screenplay or TV Pilot.
This fellowship is awarded based on merit.
Fees
There are no fees to participate in this program.
Changes
We will notify all applicants of schedule changes if/when they occur.
